Returns Policy

14-Day Return Period
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Fernabsatzgesetz). No reason is required.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Undamaged and in resaleable condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons:
- Opened food products
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, dairy)
- Products with broken seals
- Customised or personalised items
How to Return
- Email us at hello@kulfi.store with your order number and the items you wish to return
- We will confirm your return request and provide a return shipping label
- Pack the items securely and drop them off at your nearest DHL or Hermes point
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Product price: fully refunded
- Original shipping cost: refunded only if the entire order is returned
- Return shipping cost: borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or we made an error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to hello@kulfi.store. You may use, but are not required to use, our return request form.
