Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kulfi.store and any purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. kulfi is operated from Hamburg, Germany.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (19% / 7% for food)
• Shipping costs are displayed before checkout
• Payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over 50 EUR within Germany
• Standard shipping: 4.99 EUR (Germany), 9.99 EUR (EU)
• Delivery time: 2-4 business days (Germany), 5-8 business days (EU)
• We ship via DHL and Hermes
• Tracking number provided via email once shipped

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (hello@kulfi.store) of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been unsealed after delivery, for health protection or hygiene reasons.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Return unopened products within 14 days for a full refund
• Products must be in original packaging, undamaged
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• Refunds go to the original payment method

7. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and nutritional information. However, packaging may vary from images shown. Always refer to the physical product packaging for allergen information, ingredients, and best-before dates.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
